A graduate of Penn State University, Patti built a strong foundation in financial strategy through senior‑level roles overseeing fiscal planning, analysis, and reporting for complex organizations in both healthcare and corporate environments. She has also served for several years on the board of directors within the long‑term care industry, contributing to oversight in areas such as finance, compliance, and organizational strategy.

Patti has been part of Solaris Rehab since its inception in 2011 and has played an integral role in shaping its patient‑centered culture. Her leadership style bridges clinical excellence with operational discipline, and she has remained committed throughout her career to advancing innovative rehabilitation and wellness models and improving quality of life for the patients and communities she serves.

Linda Cinco is a seasoned operations executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience across hospitality, senior living, and healthcare services. She brings a strategic, service‑driven approach to operational excellence, team development, and organizational growth, all while maintaining superior levels of patient care.

Before joining Solaris Rehab, Linda held senior leadership roles at Brookdale Senior Living, where she led multiple communities through successful operational turnarounds. She managed a 20‑acre senior living campus, achieving double‑digit occupancy growth and top‑tier NOI performance nationwide. Her leadership earned her Brookdale’s prestigious District Executive Director of the Year award—recognizing her ability to elevate culture, performance, and financial outcomes simultaneously.

A champion of servant leadership, Linda has mentored dozens of emerging executives and served as an Executive Director Coach, guiding leaders in areas such as compliance, fiscal strategy, clinical collaboration, and resident engagement. Her leadership style is rooted in integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to fostering environments where both team members and residents can thrive.

Sean Landis is an experienced clinical leader with a strong foundation in rehabilitation science, interdisciplinary care, and operational excellence. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he also competed nationally as a member of the university’s Powerlifting Team—an experience that continues to influence his commitment to strength, performance, and functional wellness.

Throughout his career, Sean has built and mentored high‑performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong clinical communication, care continuity, and an evidence‑based approach to treatment. He is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor with the American Physical Therapy Association and is dedicated to advancing clinical education, developing future clinicians, and elevating standards of rehabilitative care.

As Clinical Vice President for Solaris Rehab, Sean plays a key role in shaping organizational growth and clinical innovation. He works closely with healthcare leaders across the continuum to strengthen partnerships, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered rehabilitation services.

Born and raised in Munich, Germany, she combines disciplined European training principles with extensive hands‑on experience in nutrition, fitness coaching, and individualized program design.

A certified personal trainer, Linda has spent years helping clients at all fitness levels achieve sustainable, transformative results. She is known for developing customized training and nutrition plans that are practical, goal‑oriented, and tailored to real‑world lifestyles. Her background in competitive bodybuilding further shapes her leadership philosophy, instilling a deep understanding of the structure, resilience, and mindset required to achieve peak performance.

As Director of Wellness for Solaris Health & Wellness, Linda has expanded her impact from individual coaching to organizational leadership. She oversees integrated wellness initiatives, drives team development, and leads the design of holistic programs that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
